Hello everyone well I have a problem.. I
cant seem to lose fat in the chest area I
know when your losing fat its hard to
target a specific point because fat is
everywhere but is there any certain kind
of exercises that can maybe tone the
chest??? Im not fat at all I just have
alot of fat in the chest its weird.. I
run everyday and swim so yeah if anyone can help
