Idk if I have a problem, but I was
supposed to get my period two weeks ago
and I didn't get it yet and i've been
eating little to lose weight. Everyone in
my family says im getting thin, I don't
see it because my fat stomachs stilll on
me. Im usually around 140 but like a
month or two ago I got on the scale and it
said I weighed 155 so I went on a diet I
guess.. Now I weigh 130. But ive been at
130 for like 2-3 weeks now and its
annoying me I want to lose more weight but
I don't want my period to stop.. And if I
lose my period for a long time or
something could I even get it back?

Hi there,
there isn't anything wrong with being on a
healthy diet, but at 130 pounds, and you
still think your fat, i'm a little
concerned. I think you need to keep re
affirming to your self that you are more
than your body mass, and you do sound like
a bright articulate girl!
I would keep an eye on your period, if its
late by a few days (how old are you?) I
wouldn't worry *too* much. When you're
growing up irregularity is normal (if that
makes sense?).
I am more worried with your growing
obession and focus on your weight, perhaps
take a step back, talk to a friend and
family...Let them know where you're at.
