Need Some Advice/answers Please!!!! Scared! Posted: 11-08-06 20:16pm
A little history on me. I am 29 mother
of two. I had a hysterectomy about 3
years ago they left one ovary. Last
tuesday I woke up and my stomach was
hurting so bad. I was vomiting and
peeing pure blood. I figured it was a
kidney infection and went to the er.
They did a cat scan and said I had a small
kidney stone that was nothing to really
worry about. They also said I had large
solid mass on ovary. Around 6cm. They
said my large intestine was inflamed but
they thought this was because of the mass.
I made an appt with my primary doctor
and saw him friday. His recommendation
was ultrasound followed by a laparotomy to
rule out malignancy. He contacted my gyn
and I saw her on monday. They did a
urinalisis and said it was nothing but
blood but that I have no infection or
bacteria. Ultrasound scheduled this
friday followed by another doctors appt
right after. I can't keep anything down,
my back and stomach hurt, i'm very weak
and tired, and acid reflux is insane. I
can't lay flat because it burns my throat
so bad. Any one else with anything like
this??? I'm really scared and don't know
what to expect. Please help!

Try drinking a little baking soda with
water for the acid reflux.

If you cannot keep anything down you
should go to the er and say look I can be
dehyrdated if I dont eat or keep anything
in my system.. The er and doctor system
are not looking at the whole situation
very carefully but you should call an
on-call doctor and see what they say.. If
he.She say you need to go in.. Go in..
Because you could dehyrdrate yourself.
