Is the last 7 days in a birth control pack
the same as the morning after pilll. i had
a doctor tell me and a friend tell me to
take the last 7 pills .. and that will
help me not get preg! he didnt not cum in
me. but had alot of clear discharge come
out.. it was not even 4 mins with him in
me. but i took the last 7 pills.. is that
gonna work?
If the pack contains 28 pills, the last
seven pills are inactive (do not contain
hormones). These inactive pills WILL NOT
help you to prevent pregnancy. If the
pack contains 21 pills, then the last 7
pills are active and they may help you. If
you got your period after you had taken
those pills, then the pills were active.
For emergency contraception (after sex)
you may use an original pack that contains
4 ACTIVE pills. First, 2 pills HAVE TO be
taken in the first 72 hours after sex.
Then, the second 2 pills HAVE TO be taken
12 hours after the first 2. After few
days, you should get a period if you
follow this protocl. You may also use
ACTIVE pills from the normal birth control
packs but you will have to consult a
gynecologist first for proper dosage.
Remember!... emergency contraception is
efficient only in the first 72 hour after
sex!!!
In your case (he did not ejaculate), the
chances of getting pregnant are small...
but possible. If you don’t get pregnant,
it won’t be because you've taken 7
inactive pills.
