I posted last saturday on my elevated
white blood cell count, because I was
curious if any of you have experienced it
and if so if you could tell me what the
heck is going on. I don't feel sick,
look sick, I am eating, drinking, and
excreting (sorry tmi) just fine.
Today I called my pcp to get my latest
results from the 11/2 testing, as they are
slow and i'm really quite concerned. At
first the woman wouldn't tell me, she kept
saying I should call my ob for the
results. Then I guess she could tell I
was getting ready to come through the
phone after her
, so she
told me. My white blood count is higher
16.8, my red blood count is low now (it
was high last week), and now my liver
enzymes are high. Guess I wish I hadn't
pushed the issue.
I have a call into my ob to get her take
on it and to get some kind of reassurance,
but she has not called back yet.
Can anyone give me some insight or
positive words?
