Hi, i have found a small lump on the right hand side of my jaw line. It is under the skin so it cannot be seen and it came on very suddenly. I have had it before a couple of years ago but it went away. It is not fixed to anything and I can move it about a little. It does hurt and doesn't seem to be getting any bigger but it also is not going away. It is only on my right hand side and is quite hard (i cannot squeeze it). I have been suffered from a cold recently and my job is very stressful. Could these be the reasons for it and what is it? Should I be worried? Any advise before I go to a doc would be great.
