Testicles reach their final dimensions
during puberty. After puberty, the
testicles don’t grow any more. Average
dimensions of the testicles are: length
4.5-5cm, width 2.5-3cm and thickness
2-2.5cm.; about comparable to the egg of a
pigeon. You can’t do anything to make
your testicles to grow more. You may ,
however, request a spermogram to measure
the levels of testosterone in the blood to
check the functionality of the testicles.
Then, after an initial consultation, you
can consult an urologist if you have some
problems such as sterility or impotency.
