Well.... I'm off for yet another non-stress test... Rolling Eyes nothing ever happens at these and I feel like it's pointless to go but I only want what's best for my baby. We'll see if anything changes today...

I know how you feel, I have to have them twice a week and so far they've detected nothing.. I even have my own belts now, they keep them in a lil bag with my name on. It's not a good sign when you become a regular!

I hated going too because nothing ever happened and it always took forever to get him moving (of course he would have been moving like crazy while in the waiting room). Then at my last one his heartbeat dipped down to below 60 and they immediately sent me to the hospital to start my induction, so i'm glad I was there.

Hang in there, girls! You're almost there!

Well.... Like usual, nothing exciting happened... Well, my blood pressure was elevated to 149/91 but that's the only thing exciting... I was there 2 hours though b/c they couldn't get her heart rate to spike when she moved.... Finally the last 30 minutes I was there she started cooperating and her heart rate started to spike and drop. The nurse was a little concerned about my blood pressure, she said they'd give my doc the report and go from there... Well, I go back to the doctor's on monday so we'll see what happens next! I'm 37 weeks and like 4 days so I think my induction is coming soon... I just kinda hope they wait until my doctor gets back into the office on the 20th. That's the date they discussed before but if I go to the appt. On monday and it's still elevated then they're not going to wait for him to get back into the office....
Zanny: why do you have to get the nst?

Well they originally made me have them because my amniotic fluid levels were low, but now it's because my baby isn't growing properly.. She hasn't grown at all over the last two weeks. So my fluid levels are ok now, but the baby's growth isn't so good *sigh* i'm having an awkward child! Hehe. I'll have to be induced early too, if she hasn't grown by next friday.

Good luck.. I hope everything goes ok for you and your little girl! =)

Wow... Do they know why she isn't growing well? How many weeks are you? When are you due? When do you expect to be induced? Maybe we'll be having our babies on the same day! Hehehe Smile I hope everything turns out ok for you.

They don't know why she's stopped growing, but they said it could just be a temporary thing.. She's due for a spurt basically! I'm 37 weeks on monday, my due date is the 4th december. I'm going in on friday for another scan, and if she still hasn't grown at all i'll probably be induced the following monday.

Well we're bound to have our babies fairly close together whatever happens.. This place will be full of baby girl pics! =)

Yeah. Our due dates aren't that far apart anyways Smile so you're thinking the 20th? That's when I am supposed to unless my blood pressure sky rockets and I have to go sooner Smile I can't wait to see pictures and share stories Smile
