it night be a little early to tell, but if you take the pregnancy test, I learned it is best in the morning to take it because it is more accurate. You might want to check up with a doctor on the throwing up and cramps if you are not pregnant. I had taken the test because I had the same symptoms and my test came out negative, and about a week later my period came. Unless you missed a day on the pill you shouldnthave much to worry about. Melissa, if your period is late and you don't normally get sick from your period, it's a good posibility that you are pregnant. Some women are just more fertile than others and get pregnant even while taking the pill regularily. All I did was try once after getting off the pill and got pregnant.
About the pregnancy tests. Some women don't have enough of the hormone "hcg" in the body to tell the home pg test that they are pg. Mine were always low, and didn't show up until I was at least one wk late on my period. Sometimes even later than that. It could mean that the pg is very early on, or that it might be an unhealthy one . When the hcg count is high, it makes the body more nauseous, and means most likely that it's a healthy one. With my 3 mc's, I had low hcg levels that didnt' show up right away. So, take a test every few days if I were u. It'll show up sooner or later. Good luck
