right to make their own choice in this

infection. Now, that could come sooner
or later in life.
My really good friend didn't circ her son
and his foreskin was terribly tight - to
the point of not wanting to go to the
bathroom for fear of the pain of pulling
it back. She would have to bathe him in
warm water to get him to very gently pull
it back. When you are dealing with a 3-5
year old boy doing this, it might be fine,
but the older he got, the harder it
became.
I knew a guy in highschool who got his
circ done then - due to a rip in the
foreskin or something that became
infected. He had sex before the whole
thing healed up properly and had to have a
much more invasive surgery.
Also...Did you know they don't knock you
out for a circ no matter how old you
are?
My bff worked in a nursing home for awhile
and apparently men are getting circed all
the time due to diaper issues and *gag*
smegma issues with not being capable of
keeping themselves clean.
Those are a few of the reasons I can think
to do it. But, you know, whatever it's a
personal choice. |
sorry ingi. Medical research doesn't
agree with you. The risk of infection is
no greater for an uncircumcised than a
circumcised. The things you just
mentioned could have happened just the
same to someone who was circumcised. The
issue there isn't foreskin it's hygiene.
As far as the mother being unable to pull
the foreskin back that's so rare it's
laughable.

My husband had to have his redone when he
was a teenager. Our son is having his
done when he is born because my husband
knows first-hand how painful it is to have
it done later in life.

Well you can get an infection anywhere if
u dont clean it properly, as long as a boy
cleans himself right, there shouldnt be a
problem. You wouldnt cut parts of a girl
off just cos risk of infection through not
washing properly so it shouldnt be done to
a boy. Its just disgusting to put an
innocent baby through that for no good
reason. Yeh I know a *few* small amount
compared to the whole population have
problems with a tight foreskin and need to
get circ done later, but so what? Thats
like saying...Ok every baby should get
their appendix out just incase they are
one of the few who get an appendicits when
they get older. Child abuse and I hope
its illegal one day!
Ok im stopping now

I actually saw a claim with a very old man
that had to have the procedure done
because he had an infection. It was
really weird.

I think "child abuse" is extreme, but
whatever. I'm not debating this a second
time.

Let's just let it go... We'll all agree
to disagree...
this is one of those hot button issue like
religion and politics.

Yiizzererrp!!
Hahahaha, I mean think about it, this
discussion is pointless. People have
their views and opinions on it, and that's
that.
I'm not gonna do it, but i'm not gonna
judge anyone for doing it.
I don't believe in *many, many* things,
but I don't hate the people that do it. I
just don't agree. Ats all.
Kay, religion and politics are a huuuge
no
no!! And this is right up there
with it.
Child abuse....Aaaaah, that's kind of
harsh. Unecessary pain for an infant,
yea.
If you can teach a boy to wipe his butt,
you can teach him to clean his bird.
Period.

I just had to make one last point.
Just because you teach them something,
doesn't necessarily mean they will always
do it.
Grown men still get streaks in their
tighty whitey's

Teaching a boy good hygeine is important
regardless of the status of his foreskin.
If someone is getting alot of infections,
it's probably because he's lacking in the
ability to properly take care of himself.
That is a bigger issue than what his
penis looks like.

Hahahahha we call those sh;t stains, "skid
marks"!!! Hahahahahha....Like when
someone skerts out in their car and it
leaves tires marks!!
That sh;ts funny. You're right.
Baron has never had any problem with his
foreskin. But I guess, like we've said,
depends on how clean it stays. He cleans
his everytime he pee's. (he'd sh00t me if
he saw this!!!!!!!!!! Lmao!)

it wasn't really very laughable to her and
her son. It was an agonizing time in
their lives. But I don't doubt it's
rareness.

why did he need his redone ?? Aww that
thought terrifies me!! My poor baby!!! I
feel bad that I had him circumsized to
begin with, as ijsut read "how to raise a
healthy child" and the book states it is
completely unnecessary and incredibly
painful.
