So many people are having it recently-how can it be treated?

It isnt really treatable on manageable I have suffered from it for about 10 years and there is nothing they can really do. But here are some things I do and they seem to work cut down on caffeine(chocolate, coffee, things like that apparently the caffeine affects it no loud music if u like going to clubs either cut back or dont go, if u use a discman either turn the sound down or change ur music (depending on what style u like) and if it becomes painful think about being seen by a jaw specialist I recently had that done and it has done wonders, my jaw was only out the tinniest bit but that is all it takes. Hope this helps from someone who cant wait to have a jelly bean all of their own
