Not sure what i'm feeling, but it hurts so
bad! I have this intense pressure in my
lower belly and my back... It hurts so
badly, sometimes I feel like I could fall
to the floor. What is this? It's been
happening for a week or so now. I even
feel it sometimes when i'm sitting or
laying down, and walking makes it worse.
I am dilated I cm, and her head is
engaged. Could it have something to do
with that? Should it hurt this much?
What could this be? Should I let my
doctor know? I am 38 weeks now.

It sounds to me like she's getting ready
to come. I've heard a lot of women have a
lot of pressure during their last weeks of
pregnancy. I'm not real sure how that
feels as my baby never really dropped, but
that would be my best guess. And it never
hurts to call the doctor and ask. I've
been on the phone with my daughters
pediatrician most of the week asking all
sorts of questions, and each time they
give me great answers and are very kind
and patient with me!
