Well, I went to the doctor's this morning
and I was having contractions so they sent
me to labor and delivery... Well my
cervix was dilated to 3 cm so they kept
me. Well my contractions got farther
apart so they sent me home just a little
while ago... the doctor I saw
said that if I don't start labor on my own
by monday, then my doctor will probably
induce me tuesday!

The doctor said that my contractions
stopping like that give them cause for
concern that I may not start labor on my
own.... have you ladies
heard of that before?

My contractions started and stopped a few
times. When I went to the hospital they
were 4-7 apart when I got there they were
3-5 apart. When they started pitocin to
induce me, the contractions almost
completely stopped even though they upped
the dosage. I had only 10 contractions
in 8 hours of being on pitocin. The
doctor said that I could go home but in
his professional opinion labor would not
start back on it's own. I had a section.
It's not that bad. Don't worry if you
have to have one. I"m glad I had one
even though I was 100% anti-csection.
