Tv Show: 12 Year Old Who Wanted a Baby Posted: 11-19-06 16:10pm
I've just remembered about this show I was
watching a few days ago. Basically it's a
chat show in the uk called the jeremy kyle
show. One of the guest was a mother whose
12 year old daughter told her almost
everyday how much she wanted a baby, it
was proved that she is sexually active,
drinks, smokes and tries drugs. Her exact
words were ' I want one baby by the time
i'm 13 and three by the time i'm 16
because they will get me a nice flat and
lots of money'. Clearly she has a lot of
growing up to do.
Just wondred what you guys thought about
it

Personally I think that girl needs to grow
up.. That is ridiculous she needs to live
her childhood before she starts thinking
bout having sex and wanting kids.

Also I forgot this part. She was given a
mechanical baby to look after for 3 days
and two nights after 8 hours with it she
was hlding it by its chin and patting its
back, that was all the support, and it
'died' she was then given another one to
look after and I think 33% care was
recorded

Yikes! That's scary. It's ok for girls
to say they want a child in the future but
to be sexually active where there is a
possibility of pregnancy- that's really
bad

I know it is kind of sickening I know I
can't really talk because I am only 15 but
I know better than to leave a baby hanging
from its neck while you pat it's back even
if it is a robot.
