Back Pain - During Night Only - Solution Posted: 11-20-06 14:21pm
If you experience back pain in the night
while your sleeping it could be caused by
too much carbon dioxide in your room.
Try sleeping with the window open (ie.
Fresh air) in order to lower the co2
levels in your room. Also drink water.
To my knowledge if too much co2 gets in
your blood your, I think it's your
kidneys, has to pull out all of the waste
products from your blood and on top of
that if you are not drinking enough water
then there is nothing for your body to use
to get rid of that excess co2 in your
blood. Your kidneys start to hurt, wake
you up etc... Etc... Essentially telling
your body to move to another location.
So there you have it. It's just my
experience that seems to work for me. My
wife likes to sleep with the window closed
and I really notice my back hurting on
those nights but also we have to keep it
closed when the wind blows the neighbors
smoke from their fireplace over, we get
sore throats from that. Again the more
water your body can use to counteract the
effects the better.
So as a useful tip to everyone, fresh air
and water may be the key to your ailing
back pain, if not it may certainly ease
the pain a little. Try it!
Also could be that you need a better
mattress or you're just sleeping on your
front which is actually the worse thing
for your back.
Cheers

I completely agree with you.. A better
mattress would certainly help you to have
a better sleeping time at night.
As a matter of fact, all of our customers
have successfully changed their life by
getting a right mattress for their home,
and this depends on the problems they are
having at night time.
Please let me know if you have any other
questions. I would be happy to assist
you.
