For the last 4 months on and off I have
had bad headaches, if you could call them
headaches. Usually I get a very sharp
pain somewhere in my head for a few
seconds then it goes off and a few seconds
later returns some place else. These
often arent just confined to my head and I
can get them in my chest, stomach,
wherever really. They are often
accompanied by a tingling feeling,
dizziness and my head feeling very heavy.
I've been to the doctors about this many
times and they say they don't know what it
is, but do blood tests and find there is
nothing wrong. My doctor says I have
nothing to worry about and it could just
be post viral. What do you think?
Thanks in advance.

deficient in magnesium.
After taking 400mg daily for a couple of
weeks he felt much better. Now he has no
headaches. He bought trophic magnesium
chelate from
