But can discharge cause itching? And what is the difference between yeast infection and bv? I seriously dont think I have a yeast infection though but it itches I was thinkin maybe allergic to the pantiliners but I dunno just wodnering if any one knew or had a similar thing happen when pregnant.

Sounds like it could be thrush. Yeast infections don't always have heavy discharge. They are very common in pregnancy. You should see your doctor and they can give you something for it.

I thought that like that would have a distinct type of discharge, I have the same as ive had most of this pregnancy it just seems to have increased and im not sure if that caused it or something because it looks no different then it has the past 8 mths now, cant u use a otc med like monistat or something?
Im also not sure if I call the clinic on base or the dr I see for my pregnancy . I duno what things they handle on base etc . I hate living in germany lmao

I was lookin up yeast infection symptoms and it actually sounds like thats what it is for sure, would be the 2nd time in my life ive had one , last time I was pregnant with my son.
But can you use otc meds for ti when pregnant and wich works the best and safest? Ive heard conflicting things with using the meds to treat a yeast infection

Canesten is really good and probably the best. My doctor prescribed the cream and the internal tablet (pessary sp?)

agreed. It's excellent stuff. The tablet form is really good too (that you take orally - not what you stick up your wanny)
