Hello!
I did some research on this subject and I
have found out that, the virus is spread
by sex and by sharing drugs by needles and
syringes.
"you can't get hiv/aids from casual
contact. What that means is that you
won't get aids from hugging someone, from
an insect, from a restaurant worker, from
swimming or from sharing a sandwich. "
but..There are ways to spread hepatitis c,
among cocaine users, such as sharing
straws to snort cocaine, particularly if
nosebleeds occur.
Other than that, I would just get tested
to be safe. Family physicians test, as
well as planned parenthood, etc.
Hope this helped ease your worries. Good
luck!

The only way it could be possible is if
both you and the .H.I.V positive guy were
bleeding in the nose. It's not going to
pass through your mucus. So unless you
were both bleeding, you have nothing to
worry about.
H.I.V takes around six months to show up
on a blood test. If you're worried, get
tested. It's the only way to find out for
sure. Besides, a doctor could better
answer your questions better than anyone
else.
