Not very hopeful jollie. My temp didn't
go up much today and I am still spotting.
I am pretty sure that af will show up by
tomorrow. How are you feeling?

Abbysmom - good luck girl....I'll be
keeping all fingers crossed for you!!!!!
I took a look at your chart, and it looks
somewhat similar to mine.....A little
erratic with the temp increases and dips -
although not as bad as mine?!!!!!
Keep us posted on how you're doing. I'm
on cd34 today and still waiting, but have
a sneaky suspicion that I o'd today?!
Temp went from 36.22, 36.32 to 36.09 this
morning with some ewcm, so I am hopeful!
Baby dust your way!!!

Thanks jeamierin! My temp dropped this
morning some more so i'm pretty sure I am
out.
Yes, your temps are a bit erratic. Have
you recently come off of birth control?
You had a nice dip this morning so maybe
you did o. Hopefully you will see a rise
over the next few days. Good luck!!

Abbysmom - "no af...No af" i'll be wishing
and hoping for you that you don't see it?!
Yes, I came off the bcp the first week
of june this year. I guess it's still
recent, but I would have thought by now
that at least my cycles would have
somewhat regulated??!!! I'm really
praying that they do that some day soon,
either that, or just have my wish come
true that I could get a big bfp!!!!
Here's to fate for us huh?! Lol! I
will take a peak at your chart
again.....Hope the temp does a nice little
spike for you tomorrow!!!
Jolie - by looking at example charts and
other people's i've seen, it seems as if
ovulation day, temp is slightly lower and
the following day after o, it always seems
to spike a bit. But now i'm confused!!
Ahhhh!!!
who knows, i'm about ready to give up on
reading into my bbt chart - it doesn't
have a pattern to it what so ever it
seems?! This morning I had a bbt of
36.41, but still have the ewcm, so maybe o
is today?!
I think someone should invent a way for a
woman to pee purple or something at the
moment you conceive so there is none of
these guessing games! Wouldn't that be
great! Lol!!!!
Glad that you haven't had any morning
sickness, and make sure you are getting
lots of rest!!!!! I am so excited for
you! My g/f is having her c-section on
jan.31, so I have baby news all around
me!!!!
Take care ladies and keep me posted!

Jaemierin (gee I wish your username was
easier to spell!! I keep getting it wrong
and have to go back to check it!! Lol)
your charts looking hopeful today!!
Hopefully temp rises or stays the same so
you can see some clear results of o! I
know how frustrating it is having a messed
up cycle!
Are you still in touch with your doctor
over whats going on or has he just left
you to get on with it (lol that sounds
like my doctor!!) if I was you I would
keep charting bbt even tho it can be
depressing and after a couple more cycles
if they are still erratic and no clear o
detected go back and see him. There has
to be something he can do to help or
atleast recommend!!
Hey if it wasnt so highly illegal I would
send my left over clomid to you!! (**dont
jump on my back girls I was only
joking!!!!!** :p )
i remember when I first saw my doctor
after had the u/s to find out he had pcos.
He told me he was just going to leave me
how I was and let nature take its course!
I was like nooooooooooooo your not!!!
There I was ttc for practically a year
with no cycles at all and he was going to
do nothing! I literally told him to refer
me to a gynae or I would find someone who
would!!
Although saying that I am sure it takes
some womens cycles 6months or even up to a
year to regulate after b/c. Just stay
strong hun!! Are you still on the ovulex?
Hows that going?
Abbysmom, I keep looking to see todays
recording on your chart, I am going to
join in jaermierin chanting 'no a/f no
a/f......' hurry girl I am desperate to
see whats going on!!

Jolie - it's always a joy to read your
posts!! I love them
well, the last time I saw the doctor was
the end of oct. He sent me for the
tests, they came back ok, and he said that
if my periods were still irregular and
temps still erratic by the end of january,
then to come back and see him, and he may
put me on some kind of pill??
Clomid is not legal in canada, but I guess
we have something similar to it, sooooo I
guess I have to wait and see how dec goes
for me
temp was 36.38 this morning, just a wee
bit lower than yesterday, but I could
still be ok. Had a bit of ewcm again
this morning, so we'll try bd'ing again
today! Hmmmm, clomid can be packaged to
look like vitamins right??? Just
kidding, lol!!!!!!!!! If I don't like
what he has to say my next visit, I will
ask to be referred to a gynae. Still
taking the ovulex, I think I have about a
week left until the first bottle is empty.
That's all I bought though, so not sure
if I will order some more?! I can't
really tell you how it's working......It
didn't make this af any shorter in cycle
length, and still not quite sure about
ovulation, sooooooo my thoughts are still
being weighed in at the moment!!!
i know my name is spelt all wrong...Nice
of my mom huh?! Just type in a "j", and
i'll know it's for me!
Are you going to try and find out the sex
of your baby once at your 20 week (that's
when they may be able to tell right?!)
ultrasound, or leave it for a surprise?!
Hope all is going well for you
abbysmom - any news yet??!!!!!

Well j, (hee hee!) how is your name
pronouced?
Glad to hear temps still high and the ewcm
got to be a good sign and if things arent
going the way you want them to at least
you dont have long to wait for another
consultation with the doctor. Not sure
what meds you'll have, but I guess like
you said it will be similar to clomid...
Exciting stuff! do you know why
clomid is illegal in canada? Is there
something wrong with it???? Lol!!
I am sorry to hear that the ovulex hasnt
given you the results you wanted yet. I
guess its abit of a hard decision whether
to pay out for more when it might not work
or hope that it might and it just takes
time to work!
To be honest I would love to find out the
sex of the buba!! .B.U.T the hospital
near me wont tell you I dont know why,
its just a cultural thing I guess. There
is a private hospital about 20miles away
that tell you but it costs over £100.
And that money could be spent on soo many
other things! People seem to think I
have had 2 boys so I must be longing for a
girl but I am not really bothered as long
as its healthy!! I would be more than
happy with 3 sons to watch over their
mum!! And I am planning to be the most
evil mil!!!
*stay away girls!!*

Well girls, cd1 for me today. I knew it
was coming. I had really high hopes this
cycle but it wasn't meant to be. I will
just keep trudging along. I did get
results from my progesterone test. It
was 12 at 3 dpo which I guess is good.
So at least that is a plus.

I am sorry
abbysmom, I had a really good feeling
too... Atleast the results from your
tests sound good and your cycles are
getting shorter! Its only a matter of
time and by the dates
it looks like you will be having a very
fun christmas!! soooooo much luck
for this one!

Hi ladies!!!!!
Abbysmom - sorry to hear it wasn't a bfp
and af arrived....But, at least now it
sounds as everything is well and
progesterone levels sound good!!! I'll be
hoping that this is the month for
you!!!!!! How long was this cycle for
you? Oh, silly question but can't
remember if you said so already.....Are
you taking any drugs to induce your
ovulation?
Jolie - name is spelt funny, but it's
pronounced jamie, or jaime....However it's
spelt usually!!!!!!
i'm not sure why clomid is illegal in
canada, the doctor never told me??? Maybe
it's the ingredients in it that didn't get
a "pass" through our fda? He just told me
that they have something similar to it
that they prescribe here. I am guessing
that if I have to go back and see him in
jan. That he will do some more blood work
tests to check on progesterone levels,
like abbysmom had, to see if indeed I am
ovulating or not, and then either give me
some sort of pills to take (to get me to
ovulate) or send me to a gynae?!
Either way, I really hope I can just go
and see him next b/c I am pregnant and
need a referral to a different doctor!!!
Here's to hopeful wishing! I do wish af
would arrive though if i'm not pregnant,
so I can get started again, but it's all
very tiring sometimes
weird how they don't give you the option
of finding out? There are a few clinincs
like that here, but there are many others
that you can get referred to for your
ultrasound, and they will ask you if you
want to know the sex of the baby at the
end of the app't, if they can tell!!!!!
You're right though......Having to pay
100.00 (i can't make the pound sign on my
computer!! Lol!) just to know is not
worth it. Like you said....As long as
he/she is happy and healthy!!!!! And 3
boys would be great to have look over you
wouldn't it?!!!! Those girlies had better
watch out
!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well........ Interested to see what will
happen with temp tomorrow morning. If I
was to follow last af, then this af would
be due either x-mas day or the eve before,
so that would mean that I could ovulate
(if I haven't already?) dec.9-11 right? 2
weeks before af is due is that how it all
goes?!!! Well, happily and eagerly
waiting until then....Just don't want to
get any thoughts into my head either way
until a little closer to date!

J - I take metformin to help regulate my
cycles but it doesn't induce ovulation.
I won't be moving to clomid for another 2
months for so. My doctor wants me to
stick with metformin for a while to see if
we can get pregnant without clomid. If I
am not pregnant by january, I think I am
going to get an appointment to see about
getting clomid.

Germany!! Well, have loads of fun
then!!!!! Hope it's a vacation and not
for work?!
yes, I would see about geting on the
clomid in jan if not preggo by then. I am
going to do the same with my doctor in
jan. If not pregnant by then, I am asking
him to put me on something that will help
me to ovulate. This way, I would assume,
that it would also hlep me with regulating
my af's. If I ovulate at a decent time it
would then inturn give me an af at a
normal cycle length right??!!! Ahhh, the
joys of being a woman and wanting to
desperatley to ovulate and / or get a
period.
have fun and travel safe!!!!
Jolie - what are your usual morning temps
now that you have a "bun in the oven"!!!!
(do you know it in celcius? I'm horrible
at converting! Lol!)

Jolie - I have a question to ask to pick
at your brain for a moment!!!
Usually in a given cycle, I have slight
cramping sensations and occasionally sore
bb's. Now I know that at the time of
ovulation, you can get these symptoms, but
mine usually occur for sooooo long - well,
the cramping that is. I've had it for
about a week and a half now, and I still
have it slightly tonight. Bb's aren't
totally sore, but just feel a bit funny
(nip's feel a bit raw like in a weird way!
Sorry, I know that's tmi!! Lol!!)
if I were to have a 30 day cycle, I swear
that I would feel this way about 24 days
of the 30!!!
Any idea's what this could be?
I asked my doctor last time I saw him, and
he told me that I was just feeling the
ovulation symptoms (there's a name for
this but I can't remember what it is!).
When I said "no, it lasts longer than just
around the day(s) I should be ovulating",
he kindly ignored me and didn't answer
me?!!!
Hmmm, just thought I would ask you
b/c I have no idea what it could be. I've
learned to live with it, but makes it
frustrating when i'm trying to read my
body...If you know what I mean!
Anyhoo, just thought i'd ask! Thanks!

Hey ladies!!
Sorry havent been about for past couple of
nights! Yesterday went christmas
shopping and when I got home I was too
tired to do anything and well todays just
been a nightmare!!. Lol my eldest son
was awake all last night with the monster
of all colds!, so he was off school today
and I think I have found out my younger
son has a problem with sugar!! He had a
christmas party at his toddler group today
and was given a present at the end. It
was just a small selection box of
chocolate bars. I dont usually feed my
children up on sweets or anything but he
had a little bar as we were going home
then after his lunch he asked for some
more so I caved in and let him have a
small pack of chocolate buttons.... Well
never again!!! He went mad, running
around, playing up, shouting and screaming
I just couldnt calm him down!! I was
like wow!! I think I am going
to spend the next couple of weeks giving
him chocolate one day sweets another e.T.C
to see how they effect him and whats best
to avoid!!
Well anyways! abbysmom I hope
you have a lovely time in germany and
hopefully the weathers not like it is
here...Freezing, windy and very
wet!!!!!!!!!
j, hmmm, you have totally stumped me
there. I have no idea why you would be
feeling like that for so long I
know when I did get a/f I used to get
backache and sore nipples around a week
before and a week after a/f and that was
it. Dont you just hate it when doctors
havent got a straight answer for you!!
Leave it with me I will try look up a few
things up see if I can find any reasons
for you to be getting these symptoms!
do you have a
regular pattern to when you get the
cramping e.T.C. Does it start about the
same time every month? Does it go on
untill a/f or stop sometime before?
I dont know what my
temps are at the moment because I am not
taking them anymore! But just for you I
will take them for the next few days and
let you know!! no need to worry
about celcius because I use them too!
I am hoping this post makes enough sense
for you all to understand its like
midnight here! And I am ready for bed!
*yawn*

Thanks jolie!!! Yikes!! Good luck with
the sugar thing. I know my nephews can't
have too much sugar, or they go wild like
your son!
Umm, not really a true pattern to my weird
pains, maybe if I think back, I sometimes
get them a couple of weeks before af
(damn, which would make sense now b/c af
might be coming x-mas day, which is in 2
weeks tomorrow ) bb's were really
sore today again, but the cramping pretty
much subsided.
Maybe today is the big o day for me?!
(although temp was at 36.35 today. Weird
how they haven't gone up or down by much.
What does that mean?!!?) about a day
before af comes, I get the bad backache
and the cramps (no sore bb's though), and
then the symptoms usually go away by cd3.
I really hope that af is not
coming.....Nooooo and we
worked so hard this time! Lol!
Good luck testing the sugar, chocolate and
other sweets!! Mmmmm, now I want some!

Jolie - temp f.I.N.A.L.L.Y raised &
was a good 36.74 this morning (was at
36.35 yesterday morning), soooooo i'm
hoping this will be it!!!!!!! I pray that
tomorrow and the rest of the days here on
in are a nice high temp, and that dear old
af doesn't rear it's ugly face in 2 weeks.
( made the poor dh bd sunday, yesterday
and today - just to cover all bases,
lol!)
sooooo, now I sit back and wait....I hate
this part
how's it going with the sweet test on the
boys?!

Ooohhh looks like someone has o'ed!! I am
keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!!!!!
Your poor dh lol!! You both must be
exhausted!!
Sorry (again!) havent been about much
lately I am just so constantly tired! Its
so frustrating it doesnt matter what time
of day it is, if I sit in a chair longer
than about 10 mins I end up falling
asleep! I dont remember feeling quite
this bad with the other 2, but I guess
thats how it goes!
Sugar things going good, so far I have
just kept lucas of everything just to see
if he behaves better without anything
sugary. He doesnt have that much sugary
stuff that often, but I have never really
observed it before! And I must admit
today there was a definite difference. He
certainly listened to me more and there
was no fuss when I asked him to do
anything! Also he just sat and played for
a while instead of running round like a
mad child like he sometimes does!!
I havent looked up much about the weird
timing of your symptoms yet but I will now
that I know more about it. Maybe its your
bodies reaction to the making of different
hormones?????
I have took my temps on waking up each
morning for the past 2days, they were
36.95 and 36.93. So they are still high
how are things going today?

Hello! I am glad to hear from you and glad to hear
that it sounds like you may have some
"control" over the sugar thing!!! Lol!
Poor boy though...I'm sure he misses those
candies and treats!
My chart finally showed that red cover
line and says that I ovulated! Whoo
hoo!!!! My last 3 mornings have been
36.74, 36.61 & 36.74 - not a really
high temp, but spiked and at least has
stayed there for now, so that's a least a
good sign right?! I wish that I could
wake up and have a high temps like your's,
but all I have to do now is sit and
wait.......Hmmm, that'll be tough!
Dh is soooooooooooooo glad that (for this
round anyways!!) it's over, lol
I just told him that he'd better be ready
for next month if this time doesn't work
bb's still sore at
times of the day and then it goes away,
comes back, goes away, etc.... It's
pretty strange?! But the cramps have
almost gone - a slight twinge here and
there, but nothing major!
I'll keep you posted!
