What Happens When Your Blood Runs Clear? Posted: 02-01-04 03:25am
What happens when your blood runs clear
and the tears wont stop raining? I can
feel myself slowly fading. Nothing seems
to matter and I have no ambition to do
anything with the rest of my life. I used
to want to be someone important, now all I
want is to be in the obituaries. I know I
probably have depression, and I have been
seeing a shrink for some time now, but I
feel as if, even if I were to the point of
putting that gun to my head, I wouldn't
have the strength to call anyone for help.
Breathing is difficult, waking: even more
so. I am nothing anymore. What happened
to me?

Dear wilted angel. Please don't give up.
God loves you. He is right there beside
you. All you have to do is ask him. I
will put you in my prayers. Please do not
lose hope. There is light at the end of
your dark tunnel. Remember you are not
alone, just ask.

Aww hun look after yourself!! Ive been in
that state of mind before... You have to
concentrate on getting yourself through
each day, one at a time... Try and focus
your attention on something posative... I
know this sounds weird and it was prolly a
bit irrational and spontaneous (but thats
how I get when im depressed) I went out
and got a kitten from the rspca and
rescued him from a bad life... It
actually helped me alot,
im not telling u to go and buy yourself a
kitty or anything but just try and focus
on something good in your life and try to
distract yourself as much as possible...
Make sure you keep things u can harm
yourself with away as well...
Take care and know that people care about
you...
If u want to talk pm me

You say you've been seeing a shrink for
some time - if that is more than say 4-5
months & you still feel like this then
i'd say you need to see someone else as
the current shrink isn't helping!!!!
Do you have any family or close friends
you can talk to?? Have you asked (dr or
shrink)about any support groups that might
help you? What about hobbies, do you have
any - if yes get involved in them to give
you something you enjoy to do if no then
find a hobby or two!!
