Q: Hands And Arms Going to Sleep

Extremely eHealthy
I was curious if any of you ladies have experienced this.

My hands go to sleep all the time. To the point that sometimes I can't even bend them without extreme pain.

At night my arms also go to sleep, all the way up to my shoulders and it's so painful that I can't move them. It happens regardless of what position I lay in.

It has happened for the past two months, but has got a lot worse.

I have an appt with my ob on tuesday, but would love to hear others comments in the meantime.

It is most likely carpal tunnel. Many women experience this during pregnancy. Please check with your ob to be sure though.
