I use colgate total with whitening,
because it has antigingivitis protection
which crest does not have.

Crest pro-health
it's good for cavities, gingivitis,
plaque, sensitivity, tartar, whitening and
freshens breath.
We also use the mouthwash!!

I got a free sample of the pro-health
mouthwash when I bought a tube of crest
toothpaste (not pro-health). We all fell
in love with the taste and how when we get
up in the morning our mouths don't taste
zactly...(like crap)
so I went to sam's club and bought two
huge bottles of the mouthwash and then
found the toothpaste.
I love it!

We use sensodyne whitening because it
seems to keep my teeth from hurting when I
am eating ice cream, etc. I remember my
grandmother using it and I thought it was
just for old people.
