Can he lift his balls using the cremaster
muscles (ie not using his hands).
Kinda like if he wants can he just pull
them up to his body?
Not just if it's cold but as and when if
he wants?

Nope  some guy posted
about it in the health forum - he can do
it but his mates can't. Steve can do it
and we just wanted to see if it was more
common to be able to do it or not do it.

Well, not all the way into his body and
the left pulls up higher than the right
but yeah he can pull his balls back up
towards his body on command
