Can he lift his balls using the cremaster
muscles (ie not using his hands).
Kinda like if he wants can he just pull
them up to his body?
Not just if it's cold but as and when if

Well, I checked and he can't do it. His
penile appendage can move all by itself,
but the testes don't.
