Supplements Possibly Contribute to Nerve / Spinal Pain?
Posted: 11-27-06 00:11am

I'm seeking a professional opinion on possible links between dietary supplements and inflammation or other underlying aggravants of spinal / radicular pain.

The specific supplements I refer to are those intended to modulate the body's production of certain hormones (growth hormone, testosterone) such as l-arginine, l-glutamine, etc., antioxidants, or anti-inflammatories like fish oil.

I have taken a bunch of supplements of one kind or another over the past year and want to ensure that they aren't contributing to (or have caused Shocked ) the spinal stenosis that I have recently been diagnosed with.

Thanks in advance.
