Low Potassium Levels

I have been told by my consultant that I have low potassium levels.
What can this do to my body and what can I do to bring the levels up? I know bananas help but typically I hate them! Any suggestions? Laughing

It can cause you to have muscle cramps, irregular heartbeat, orthostatic hypotension, mental status changes, constipation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distention, & respiratory problems.

You can get on a high potassium diet will help.
