Got That Bloated Feeling

So now I have had 2 positives and I am
going to the doctors tomorrow I have
another question!! Lol
over the last few days I have been really
bloated, constantly, and its really
uncomfortable!!! I never got this with
other pregnancies.
Do you think it could be an early symptom?
I literallly feel ready to burst! I get
really hungry and when I sit down with a
meal, find I can only eat abit because
theres no room for anymore!!
My df came out of hospital today and he
looked at me and thought I was sticking
out my belly because I was all proud, lol
help I think I am going to blow!!!
Did anybody else get this early on?

Well I phoned gynae today and she said a
hpt postitve is a postive, faint or not
and chris seems to think it was pretty
