This is kind of embarrassing. I have
noticed within the past few months how
uninterested in sex I am. Even
masturbating has gone down the tubes for
me. I have recently started a new job,
that I love and am not stressed out doing
plus I have been doing my on-line classes,
I have one semester left!
Just kind of wondering if anyone else has
had these issues and how did they resolve
them? Mind you my marriage is fine, I
love my husband, he's my best friend, just
feel as though sex is so unimportant these
days.

I have been going
through the same thing. I am 24 and have
been on birth control for 9 years. Im
not sure if that has anything to do with
it, but my doctor took me off of it for a
while to see if things get back on track.
I hope that solves it. I am open to any
advise. I feel for you and hope
everything works out for you

ive tried that. Dont get
me wrong, I love sex. We still have it
all the time im just not the instigator
anymore. Once he starts it im fine,
thats not the way it used to be. I used
to have to have it everyday, but now it
like "ok I guess we can if you want to".
I have been off birth controll for a
little bit and its not as bad as it was.
I know birth controll is good about making
people depressed, and when your depressed
you have no sex drive so I hope that
solves the problem.

Well since you know you are not stressed,
depressed or harboring something against
your husband (which can all affect your
sex drive. Have your progesterone level
checked, sometimes when that hormone is
low, you lose your sex drive.
