Hi a cant sleep and havent been able to
for almost a year now need medical advice
now I think coz my counciler gave up on me
coz she couldnt think of anything else to
do for me! Im a gonna I guess

problem I have tons of solutions I just
need to know the problems, send me a
personal message telling me what it is
about sleeping that you have a problem
with and be very precise talk about
thoughts, what you do before you try to
sleep and what your daily life is like, I
will try to figure out what will be the
best fit for you
