Memory Problems

Hey everybody,
im hoping someoine can help me with this cause its really asnnoying.
I am a recovered cocaine abuser and have been clean for 3 years. I still smoke the ocassional joint here and there. Ive noticed that sometimes I have trouble remembering things, I could be in the middle of a sentence and if someone cuts me off I have a really hard time get back to my train of thought. Both my short term and long term memory seem to suck and its really embarasing not remembering these things cause its like im foregetting my life before cocain and who I used to be. Anybody else get this??

Pom…
that is what reefer does. It screws with memory. If these laps in memory are bugging you, stop sparking them up for a while (a year or so) and see if things get better.

Just speaking from experience, my short and long term memory got much better by just stopping dosing myself regularly. I don’t smoke pot any more, I don’t feel the need to.
