You can use paracetamol and have you heard
of stuff called .Olbas .Oil? It's like a
menthol eucalyptus oil that you pop a few
drops on a tissue near you (don't let it
touch your skin - owie!) and the vapour
clears your nose. As for other
medications, i'm not sure. Perhaps have
a word with your pharmacist?
I will have to look when I go out to the
store here in a few hopefully they got
something, I dont have the energy to go
anywhere but I haveto buy milk and stuff
so might as well get other stuff too I
just remembered I gotta get some travel
sized stuff for my hospital bag too
anyways lol so eh I gota reason to
venture out now

You can call your doc to see what is safe
to take for your cold. The medicines
that I was allowed to have were benadryl
(allergies) and tylenol.
I dont know my drs number lmao, I have
never called and I went there once for an
emergency, they write my appointments in
my mutterpass book wich is a german thing
u carry with u everywhere and to ur
appointments with all your medical info in
itl ike blood type etc all the preggo
stuff they write in it at each
appointment, I havent seen a phonenumber
on the thing though, I go on friday though
so if I still got this nasty cold thing I
might ask if she knows american meds I can
take, or if she only knows german then I
need to find out where they sell german
meds at lmao, so far ive just used nasal
spray so I can breathe at night to sleep.
I got 3 weeks till im due and I cant get
any sleep it seems wich sucks cuz I got
that in store for me with the baby lol

Eat something spicy like hot peppers or
sauerkraut to get your sinuses
functioning. It works for me every time I
get a cold. It dosen't get rid of the
cold but it helps you to breath. It's
probably cold and dry there in germany
now, so I would also recomend getting a
dehumidifier or get a pot of water and
place it on the floor or on a table next
to the bed on your side.
I hope things work out well with your cold
and congradulations.
I'm just as old as you are, and I know i'm
not ready to have a baby (that why I don;t
have one, nor a boyfriend) so good luck
and don't let him or her get into drugs or
sex (well, maybe sex at a much later age)
and hang around the wrong people.
