My cycle starts over. I was so hoping I
was having implantation bleeding but I
knew I wasn't. I started my period
finally last night but it was just brown.
I was so hopeful until this morning.
Cramps kicked in high gear this morning
too. Isn't it so much fun being a woman?
My cycles are now about 35 days apart, so
I am not sure when I am ovualting now, but
at least my cycle is becoming regular. I
am going to start charting my bbt, along
with my cp and cm this month. I read the
directions that came with the thermometer
and it said to use it just like a regular
oral themometer. Is that correct? I so
thought it would go somewhere else! You
guys can all laugh at me if you want. My
mind always seems to be in the wrong
place. Everyone here is so helpful and I
just want to say thanks for comments in
advance. I wish everyone to have
wonderful baby dust this month!!!

Aww I am sorry to hear about a/f, and I
hope charting makes things clearer for
you!
You can take temps orally or vaginally,
but decide to one and stick to it for the
whole cycle. Although most people do it
orally! (i didnt realize this untill I
looked it up either!! Lol) make sure you
take temp as soon as you wake up in the
morning before getting out of bed or doing
to much movement as this can effect your
result!!
Wishing you loads of luck for this month!

Thanks so much! Is it more accurate to
take it vaginally?

Hmmm not sure, but I know that you get a
higher temp reading vaginally, that why
you should pick one or the other and stick
to it!
