Towards the end of his letter to science,koprowski reveals that"there is no vaccine stored at the wistar institute",but that "there are a few vials of tissue culture supernatants available that may be represent seed lots used for vaccine production between 1957 and 1959".He says that any compitent research laboratory could test these seed-lots of attenuated poliovirus if it also used the appropriate positive and negative controlls.But then he adds a rider."if the seed lot is found free of exogenous retroviruses which is highly probable),contentous individuals could still argue that this does still not represent what might have been present in the large lot of vaccine".He begins,in other words,by appearing to encourage independant scientists to test the samples,but end by arguing against it...Koprowski closes the letter as follows:"the current anxiety amoung parents of children who have been or are going to be vaccinated against polio followed dissemination by the lay press of unproved theories about the origin of aids.This was unnecessary and harmful,particulary because the vaccine was tested thoroughly before any vaccination was done;the vaccine was and continues to be safe."...Although this sounds conciliatory,it actualy confuses the issue.Koprowski seems to be implying that any critisism of c.H.A.T (as made in the fifties) also impugns the safety of the current sabin o.P.V...In fact,curtis has made it very clear that he has no wish to initiate a panic about the safety of current polio vaccines...Furthermore,koprowski's clam about the safety of c.H.A.T is not backed up by any factual evidence in the article.It would have been far more reassuring had his letter itemized the specific safety tests that were conducted on c.H.A.T before it was used on humans.(which are only rather vaguely described in the literature),and if -in a spirit of scientific openness-he had advocated the release of stored samples of the c.H.A.T seed lots and vaccine samples for retrospective testing..It would also have been more reassuring if this -his responce to curtis's questioning of the safety of c.H.A.T,submitted after he had nearly six months to marshall his thoughts-had not been so riddled with inaccuracy and error.In the end,it was this very letter-his sole published attempt to defend himself against the questions raised by curtis's article-which convinced me that the o.P.V/aids theory,in contrast to so many of the others,merited some further serious investigation...Edward hooper....At a later time to this ,one vial has been shown to be free of virus.This was an in house test and not done publicly.This has been used to make the amazing claim that c.H.A.T was clean and not responsible for the hiv outbreak....This is nonsense.If these were honest people all vials would have been made public.,and if one was indeed clean,and we only have their word that the test was honest,then the rest must have been dirty,(contaminated with siv and lord knows how many other simian viruses)..Or they would have been waving them around.They keep the proof hidden but we are smart sentients who can use deduction and corroboration...So the medical community wont own up to one mans mistake.This is very suspicious.Prehaps we have more here than just human error here, and that is why they have closed ranks and wont admit the truth.

Hiv-aids did not come from oral polio vaccine contaminated with chimpanzee virus, reports a research team led by a university of arizona evolutionary biologist.

Belief that polio vaccine can spread aids has hampered the world health organization's efforts to stamp out polio. In nigeria, several states recently banned use of the vaccine. Nigeria now has the highest number of polio cases in the world.

Although scientists agree that hiv comes from a chimpanzee simian immunodeficiency virus (siv) that infected humans, when and how siv jumped the species barrier has not been definitively determined.

The researchers found and sequenced genetic material from a new strain of siv present in wild chimpanzees in the kisangani region of the democratic republic of congo (drc).

The new siv is not the one from which hiv-1, the virus responsible for the human aids pandemic, originated. The research shows that the new siv resides on a different part of the siv family tree.

One theory about the origin of hiv-aids alleges that tissues from chimps from the vicinity of kisangani were used in preparing oral polio vaccine, thus letting the vaccine be contaminated by siv.

"we found a new simian immunodeficiency virus, sivcpzdrc1," said michael worobey, an assistant professor of ecology and evolutionary biology at the university of arizona in tucson. "it's a new variant of siv, and it's not closely related to hiv-1." finding the new strain of siv in chimpanzees near kisangani shows that hiv-1 did not originate from polio vaccines that were tested in that area in the 1950s.

The team's research article will be published in the april 22 issue of the journal nature.

Worobey's coauthors are beatrice h. Hahn, george m. Shaw, mario l. Santiago, and brandon f. Keele of the university of alabama in birmingham, jean-bosco n. Ndjango, bernard l. Labama and benoît d. Dhed'a of the university of kisangani in the democratic republic of congo, jeffrey b. Joy of simon fraser university in burnaby, british columbia, and andrew rambaut of the university of oxford and paul m. Sharp of the university of nottingham in england.

The research was funded in part by the wellcome trust, st. John's college oxford, the rhodes trust, the royal society, the national institutes of health and the howard hughes medical institute.

Previous studies have linked all variants of hiv to the chimpanzee subspecies native to the countries to the west of the democratic republic of congo (drc).

However, genetic diversity of the pandemic strain of hiv, known as hiv-1 group m, is highest in the drc.

So the drc is an important place to look for clues about the origins of aids and specifically to test the oral polio vaccine/aids theory.

"i wanted not just to test the opv/aids theory, but also to collect fundamental data from a crucial area," worobey said.

Easier said than done.

Although recent technological advances have made it possible to test feces for rna, the genetic material of siv and hiv, one still has to collect the specimens.

Despite civil war in the region, worobey traveled to the democratic republic of congo in 2000 and in 2003 to collect fresh samples from wild chimps in the kisangani area.

"the fresher, the better," he said. "basically you want to pick it up the same morning they let it go."

he worked with a team of hunters that track the chimps at night using their calls. The team carefully stored small samples of feces in little screw-capped vials filled with a preservative.

The 2000 trip met with some calamities. Worobey contracted blood poisoning from a rattan palm spike that stabbed his hand. He hiked out of the forest to seek medical attention. His two companions, jeffrey joy and the well-known evolutionary biologist w.D. (bill) hamilton, came down with malaria. Hamilton later died from complications.

The feces collected on that trip didn't yield any siv genetic material, although tests of chimpanzee urine suggested that virus from the sivcpz family was present in some of the chimps.

On his 2003 trip, worobey was luckier. Although the work was strenuous -- he hiked about 200 miles through the rainforest collecting samples -- health wasn't an issue. And he met with the head of security from one of the rebel groups, who gave worobey "a very nice letter that was very handy indeed."

even so, out of 97 different samples collected, only one contained any siv. But that was enough -- the analysis revealed a brand-new strain, which worobey and his colleagues named sivcpzdrc1.

"bill (hamilton) died after that first trip, and that's why it was so nice to go back and finish what we started," worobey said. "i was surprised that we finally got something after so much blood and toil and tears and sweat -- but not surprised where the virus fell on the phylogenetic tree."

having the sequence of the new siv's genetic material definitively shows that hiv-1 didn't come from chimpanzees in that area, he said.

His next step is learning more about siv from that region.

"this is one of only a handful of places in the world where sivs are known to be circulating in chimpanzees. We know hiv-1 comes from chimpanzees, but we know little beyond this," he said. "i want to study this geographic area -- get more samples, understand how the virus is maintained and transmitted in chimps, and understand why the virus is so pathogenic in humans but not chimpanzees."

Polio came to prominence after world war 2 because we became too hygenic.Before this we had a natrual immunity to polio...Africans had and still do have this immunity..So how was the convienant outbreak in the congo in 1957 possible?It was only in outbreak conditions that chat were allowed to go in and use their experimental vaccine(remember in northern ireland it was concidered unsafe).Since the people of congo in 1957 had a strong natrual immunity to polio one has to wonder how the outbreak started and why africans should be used for polio vaccination,since they have never suffered from overhygene..While vaccination programs have helped humanity ,they are to easy to subvert and can easily be used for popullation control.

I just heard on bbc world news an astonishing statement.More people are dieing in africa from malaria than hiv.They curiously didny say the actual numbers.I find this hard to believe,but will reseach it...... Excerpt from statsonline,about south africa,overall, death rates from infectious diseases more than tripled for males and increased almost fivefold for females between 1997 and 2004. A large part of this increase can be attributed to hiv, where death rates have a distinctive age pattern in which there is an increase to a given age and then a rapid decline at older ages. This peak occurs at between ages 30 and 34 for females, and between 35 and 39 for males.

Many hiv deaths are registered as due to some other cause. Based on the age pattern of death rates by sex, it is likely that a high proportion of deaths registered as due to parasitic diseases and maternal conditions are caused by hiv.

This non-reporting of hiv deaths probably conceals how many actual deaths result from hiv. A challenge for researchers is to find a way to determine how many deaths are actually caused by hiv. Until that has been accomplished, it is not possible to know how many hiv deaths there are by age, sex and year of death.

Between 1997 and 2004 there was virtually no change in overall cancer death rates for either sex, with cancer death rates actually declining for those between 50 and 64.

There has been concern about mortality from malaria, especially as drug-resistant strains of the disease have become common. Malaria death rates rose between 1997 and 1999, and declined between 1999 and 2004, although the overall death rate from malaria in 2004 was 45 percent higher than the 1997 value for males, and the overall death rate from malaria in 2004 was 93 percent higher than the 1997 rate for females. Diabetes has also been of growing concern. Adoption of a western diet, with lots of fat and few fruits and vegetables often leads to obesity. This increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, which can be fatal. For each sex, death rates from diabetes and obesity rose between 1997 and 2004. Female death rates were higher than male death rates, but the gap narrowed over time. Obesity and diet are an increasing concern for all south africans.

Mortality rates from unnatural causes, such as homicide, changed little between 1997 and 2004, although they declined between ages 15 and 19, and older.....In times of war,the bbc is a mouth piece for the british govenment.If they make such claims then give us the numbers.I suspect as the opv/hiv facts become known ,people dieing of aids will be attributed to other diseases,so the numbers will appear lower.;ie someone dies from the oppertune disease like candidiasis,cervical cancer,coccidiodomccosis,cytomegalvirus,en cephalopathy,herpes simplex,histoplasmosis,kaposis sarcoma,lymphoma,mycobacterium avium complex,pneumocoystis carinii pneumonia,progressive multifocal leukoencephalopaqthy,salomonella septicemia,toxoplasmosis of the brain,tuberculosis,wasting syndrome(slim)..If hiv causes these and the death is attributaed to the oppertune infection rather than hiv ,you will have of course ,"cooked the books" and will be given out distorted figures.That is the only way malaria can have more mortalaties than hiv.

I came across a remarkable article from 1989 named ,bulletin de la societe de pathologie exotique,which detailed a stusy of hiv prevalence in the very parts of burindi where c.H.A.T had been fed in early 1958.The research had been conducted on 658 sera,which had originally been drawn as part of a study into arboviruses,conducted in 1980 and 1981.Desmyters investigations in kinshasa in 1970 and 1980 represented the next earlyest evidence of the presence of hiv in central africa...The article was by jacques morvan,bernard carteron,and colleagues from the laboratory of clinical biology at the army medical school in bordeaux,and it provided dramatic evidence of much higher hiv prevalence than any of the previous papers,including the 1980 study that found that 3 percent of young kinshasa mothers were hiv positive.Overall,29 of the subjects tested(4.4%) showed evidence of hiv infection,although prevalence varied greatly from region to region.In the central plateau region,which makes up most of eastern burundi ,there was zero infection,where as the volcanic spine that runs north to south which represents the watershed between the rivers nile and congo,2.89 percent of the sera were positive.By contrast,in the capital bujumbura over 8% were infected.A rural zone in the west,"the plain of limbo"(consisting of the ruzizi valley and the shore of lake tanganyika) demonstrated an overall prevelance of 3.66 percent.However, all the positive sera either came from gihanga,a villiage in the ruzizi valleysome fifteen miles north of bujumbura, or from rumonge,a small fishing center and port on the lake,roughly fifty miles to the south.Prevalence in the later place was exceptionally high,at almost 12%..There were a number of dramatic inferences to be drawn.The first was that the study revealed an unexpectedly high prevalence in both urban and rural burundi at the very start of the eighties,once that already exceeded that in the huge metropolis of kinshasa,congo-and that therefore suggested an early seeding of the virus..Second ,although there was a significant difference between urban(8.08%) and rural(2.82%) seroprevelance,this was less pronounced than might be expected.(in 1986 in rwanda ,for instance,the urban/rural differential was over 13:1)furthermore,the rural prevalence appears to be concentrated in certain specific places such as rumonge and gihanga.

Third,these early pockets of high seroprevelance were all in those places were c.H.A.T vaccines had been fed in the ruzizi/bujumbura/lake tanganyika field trial in 1958.In areas where the vaccine was not fed,hiv prevelance was markedly lower.Indeed ,the only two positive sera from outside the vaccinated zone both came from places close to the main road running from bujumbura through the mountains,toward rwanda and uganda.This tentatively suggested that hiv had arrived first in the western lowland strip of burundi,which included bujumbura,that it subsequently diffused northward towards rwanda,and that it was a long time before it spread to eastern burundi..In particular the high seroprevelance in the lake port of rumonge suggested that the long,narrow shape of lake tanganyika,stretching more than four hundred miles from bujumbura as far as southern tanzania and northern zambia,might have represented another important route of viral diffusion-a hypothesis that was afforded some support by the relatively early appearance of hiv infection in zambia.Just as the steamers of the congo river were thought to have facilitated the spread of hiv along a east-west axis,so the steamers plying to and fro along the lake tanganyika may have seved as a north-south conduit for the virus..I had now comeacross evidence of widespread hiv infection in 1981 or earlier ,two (kinshasa and western burundi) were also places where c.H.A.T had been fed,while the third(yambuku)lay within one hundred miles of where,according to gaston ninane,c.H.A.T had been fed at either bumba or lisala.

Before I left,i gave dr peeters a copy of an article I had found,published in 1961,by courtois,ninane and osterrieth from the stanleyville lab.It was a breakdown of the blood groups of 175 of the lindi chimps,the research having been conducted in liege soon after the doctors departure for the congo.The article analyzed the bloods of 158 common chimpanzees(pan troglodytes schweinfurthi) originating from various locations on the north bank of the congo river and 17 pygmy chimpanzees(pan paniscus),an entirely separate species that came from the south bank.It was an intriguing piece,in that it detailed remarkably wide-ranging differences in blood characteristics among pan troglodytes,which had come from six different collection points,less than four hundred miles apart in the tropical rain forest.The most unusual group,apparently,consisted of apes from mambasa.(a small town in the heart of theituri forest, which was home to a large community of pygmies(human).From a taxonomic viewpoint,the article was proposing that these mambasa chimps should be considered a new sub species of pan troglodytes....I was thinking that putting chimps from a widely different geographical source and genetic types together in a chimpanzee colony might be a good way of encouraging a chimpanzee virus from one group to pass to another group..,and perhaps to assume a different character.Perhaps this could make a virus become more pathogenic,or more transmissible.Maybe here,among the chimpanzees from lindi camp and the laboratoire medical de stanlyville,was were one could find the missing link,the siv that had ended up being transferred to homo sapeins.

C.H.A.T vaccination program is the only vaccination program in history ,not to have kept records.What did they excpect was going to happen???..........Vaccination programs and scientists-doctors have a long history of not informing the public of any injuries or deaths in their programs.They are hushed up so the public is not worried,this is why they wont except a proven theory,instead they stopped using chimp /monkey kidneys but never gave the reason why....Some of the tricks they use is to say siv wouldent survive the manufacture procedure,they dont replicate the 1957 manufacture procedure but use techniques, used decades later.!...How can we trust such people.!.How do we know that outbreaks arent intentional ,so they can test the vaccine in third world countries,so they can sell us (the west)the vaccine???We have seen with speculators that they are quite capable of this and more...We should turn to natural cures as western medicine is motivated to make us sick.,there is no profit in prevention or natures cures...Vaccination was a great thing getting rid of small pox,etc, but now its a method of control and experimentation..Soldiers in desert storm were expermineted on and many are sick for life,strange compounds have been found in the soldiers body related to the vaccine...Research as much as possible and enpower yourselfs with knowledge....Stef....

Haylick the man who had developed the human dipoid cell strain w1-38 for wistar....Haylick talking to cyberski,"back in the fifties,the french had tested one of their own polio vaccines,in the congo area of africa."he could provide no further details but this sounded like the part of french equatorial africa now known as congo brazzaville..After a long search in the keppel street libiary,i came across an arcticle that described just such an event.It documented an outbrerak of polio that had occurred in a group of villages near the town of mitzic(edwards fails to mention that africans have a natural immunity to polio and outbreaks may not have been natural,these programs needed guinea pigs before prescous could be innoculated) in what was then french equatorial africa,in 1957.Mitzic lies on the main road some 250 miles south of yaounde ,the capital of present day camaroon.Between the months of july and november ,ten cases of polio apparently occurred in one of the nearby villages,and another six in villages within a thiry-five mile radius.Seven of the sixteen cases were fatal.(this may not be natural)so unexpected and virulent was this epidemic that two french doctors,led by l.J. Andre,a captain in the colonial medical service based at the pasteur institute satellite, at nearby brazzaville,decided to vaccinate the local population.Starting on november 1st 1957 ,a total of 2,100 children of the district,aged from 6 months to 15 years old and 150 students from the college aged 11 to 18 were injected with 3 doses of the vaccine at three week intervals.Although participation was voluntary,there was an acceptance rate of over 95%...(me).I feel some questions arise here.How do africans have outbreaks of polio since they are immune?Who pays,they certainly dont?Are these experimental vaccines?Are the africans being used as guinea pigs to see if the vaccine is safe for western countries.Since polio is a disease of overhygene why do we hear so much of it being used in africa?Surely they have a natural immunity to polio.We tend to judge others by our own standards ,and edward hooper was such a decent bloke he didnt realize what some people will stoop too.When it comes to money..(end)....

From as early as 1986,there had been a series of reports of atypical hiv's,which did not give normal readings on hiv-1 or hiv-2assays,being detected in west central africa.Some scientists began speaking of a possible"hiv-3" from that region.;but it was not until the early nineties that the existence of a third strain of hiv was confirmed..Although various genetic characteristics indicated that the strain belonged to the same branch of the family tree that included hiv-1 and the chimpanzee siv,the pattern and sequence of cromosomes made it apparent that it was the result of a separate transfer of an siv from non human primates to humans.Presently the new hiv variant came to be known as hiv-1 group 0(for outlier group),to distinguish it from the main group of hiv-1 viruses,which was now redesignated as hiv-1 group m (for main group).Group 0 was found in roughly 6% of the hiv-1-infected people in southern cameroon,in about 3% of those from gabon,and in a handful of french people who had historical links with this part of africa.The earliest recorded case of group 0 infection appeared to stem from the start of the eighties,and involved a frenchwoman who had apparently worked as a barmaid in reims,a garrison town where some of the recruits would have presumably have served in cameroon or gabon.She had one healthy child in 1972,but gave birth to another child in 1980 who died of typical neonatal aids the following year.She herself died of confirmed aids in 1992,at the age of 41...However,the resulting phylogenetic tree presented a fresh mystery,for the group 0 isolates proved to be slightly more distant than the group m isolates to the chimpanzee siv sequenced by martine peeters.Rthis was despite the fact that the individual pan trogodytes trogodytes that had provided the peeters isolate,sivcpz-gab-1,had come from the very same border region of gabon and camaroon that appeared to represent the epicenter of group 0.So although it appeared likely that hiv-1group 0 like group m,had evolved from a chimpanzee siv,there was no evidence to suggest that it had emerged through human contact with local chimpanzees..Interestingly,however,this apparent epicenter of hiv-1 group 0 embraced the town of mitzic in northern gambon,just 130 miles south of the cameroonian border ,where dr andre had vaccinated against polio in 1957.

Geneva and w.H.O...When I told him that one vaccine vial relevant to the congo trials had apparently been located and made available to the w.H.O (world health organization) ,he said (david heymann) ,"i thin k you can be pretty sure that if there was this one vial left that there was nothing inb it".At another point in the conversation he said that,in any case,the origin of aids was,certainly of no interest today".He added that various departments at the w.H.O had prepared a joint statement on the opv/aids controversy some time earlier..I later obtained a copy of this statement,which turned out to be an internal memorandum on the "safety of oral polio vaccines",dated may 8,1992,and addressed to the six regional w.H.O directors.The paper was intended to provide them with"information which may be helpful...In answering questions which may arise," and contained the following sentence about the opv/aids theory,underlined,in the first paragraph:"this speculation is without scientific basis"..After stating that "opv is one of the safest vaccines known," it went on to claim that"the polio vaccine strains used by dr koprowski in central africa...Are being tested by sensitive techniques for any evidence od siv contamination."..The lack of any reliable information about this alleged testing suggested that this statement was incorrect when written in may 1992, and that it was still incorrect eleven months later.There again,if the claim was correct,and c.H.A.T vaccine samples had been tested for siv,then why have no results been announced?..The memorandum ended by giving four reasons why, even if testing revealed that s.I.V sequences were present in early vaccine preparations,the implications for the hypothesis,or for the safety of o.P.V,would be virtually none.These were that1]it is virtually impossible that h.I.V could have evolved from hypothetical contamination with s.I.V within the time period postulated,given the genetic differences between them and the epidemiological data on the lenght of time the major h.I.V subtypes have been in existence.2]no known human virus is closely related to s.I.V....3]experiments at several laboratories...Indicate that attempts to deliberately infect primary monkey kidney cells with s.I.V under the conditions used for the production of o.P.V ..4]transmission of other viruses,for example to animal handlers,is well documented.Extensive testing of animal handlers,for anti-bodies against s.I.V has been negative,showing that this particular virus passes only with great difficultly from monkeys to humans....End.....In fact the second and fourth of these claims had both been comprehensively disproved by several detailed scientific papers published between 1987 and 1992,while the third ignored the fact that most o.P.V were produced in cultures containing lymphocytes and macrophages,the natural host cells to s.I.V's and h.I.V's.Furthermore the first claim was highly contentious,and was to be put in proper perspective by simon wain-hobson in paris only a few weeks later....The memorandum was in short,a defensive and entirely inadequate response to the opv/aids hypothesis,one that had been clearly drafted in haste.

Stanley Plotkin..I recalled the strange feeling I had had at the begining of the interview,when Plotkin had been telling me about his arrival at the Wistar Institute in August 1957.I recalled that joseph pagano had also spoken about working on anthrax vaccines in his early days at the Wistar..Anthrax like the Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus Koprowski had stumbled accross in rio,was one of the major preoccupations of the u.s army chemical corps,because of its potential as a biological warfare agent.I decided to see wether Plotkin and pagano had published anything on the subject....What I found was rather shocking.First I came accross an article by Plotkin and others on an epedemic of inhalation anthrax ,that,as the title revealed,was"the first in the twentieth century".Phillip Brachman ,the lead author,and Plotkin were listed as being from the Anthrax investigation unit,CDC,Wistar Institute,Philidelphia,and the work had been supported by a contract with the US army chemical corps,based at fort detrick.

I have now finally finished the book called "the river" by edward hooper.The 900 page behemoth.After reading this book, one can have no doubts about the origin.The only question that is not certain, is wheter it was an accident or not..Remember, we have powerful people ,that want population reduction.In america a stone henge like stone has been erected.It says upon its marble stone,500 million people on earth,no more.Living in hand with nature..or words to those effects.It would have cost many millions to erect these stones.The person or persons responsible, remains anonymous....Here we have some insight into the thinking of the powerful.They see population rises as a threat to their economy.,their envoroment..They also see drug addicts and homosexuals as excess population and tragically some of them would actually target these people in a human cull.As long as we have secret government we are vunrebale to such actions..The evidence here is overwhelming..Before anyone had even heard of aids we had a researcher saying," we will develop a virus, the like we have never seen before,it will attack the very immune sytem itself".,we had a program called the ,special virus cancer research program.,that suddenly asked for the then enormous sum of ten million dollars.They discovered something big.This was just at the time that the "accident" had started...We have Wistar,the institute that brought the oral polio vaccine to africa..Wistar was an unused basement in a college called the morgue..Why was it suddenly funded by american government dollars?..Koprowski,stole the vaccine from his former employer,Lerdele..Why did they not litigate??Were they intimidated?..Was koprowski using the africans as guinea pigs for a new vaccine or was he even privy to the process itself.Remeber the bio division in americas military is way ahead of everyone else and they would have been fully ware of siv,even in 1958 and possibly its mutations...Koprowski ,incredibly kept no records of his momentous vaccination of africa,.he kept no records for a reason,to cover his tracks.Which means he knew what was going to happen in advance..I have personally met elitists like this and they are capable of these things....The denial...The scientific community will not admit what happenend.,for two reasons..They think it will undermine confidence in vaccine programs and they think america will be somehow responsible for the hiv victims...People will get over the mistake made and be more confident in the long run, when our scientists are honest and own up to mistakes.As for americas responsibility,it cant be proven that it was inentional, so all we have,is a naturlised pole, with no government backing making a mistake.They will not be held accountable for an honest mistake.If however there was some malice involved then they will never admit what happenend... For these reasons they will never admit the truth in this matter and will systamaticly put out misleading information...my motivation is ,that we learn an important lesson,dont use animals for experiments,dont do xeno transplantaion,dont allow secret government.When a mistake is made ,admit the truth and learn the lesson ,then move on..As we now stand every science journal has been corrupted by this.Most scientist that are involved in the cover up have also become corrupted..When we, as a people hide such secrets ,it moves our governments closer to totaliterinism.Their need to cover up the truth makes them more secretive,stifles the media and they need new laws to keep thing quite.In the name of national security..What about global security?Who takes care of that.?Who is watching the big picture with humanity?capitalism wont look after us,yet has infiltrated every body that might.How many people actually agree with human culls,in secret the number may be higher than we expect.

If the cause of Aids is suppressed,will another virus be used for population control.?..What are the chances, that in bio-warfare labs ,such viruses are being spliced together?..Its a certainty..With even the conservatives having to admit in global warming,since they can see it with their own eyes,we now have the unfortunate circumstance, where population numbers become a threat to national security..American government has stated that,"global warming is a threat to ,"national security"...That is rediculous!...America causes more pollution than the rest of the world combined...So their statement is a pre-requisite for war against up and coming economys, in asia..This is so predictable it needs to be circumvented...Secondly the virus..The decision will almost certainly be made when climate change intesifies..What safeguards are there??...Secret government will act when the circumstances are there,ie national security is perceived to be threatenend......So AIDS is a threat to national security and so is global warming,.yet who caused both those things?..The people that look after national security are by far the biggest threat to national security.
