I am sooooo upset/sad right now.

For the stupidest reason ever.

I have a giftcard for .Panera .Bread &they have the best smoothie type drinks.. &one of them is an .I.C. Honeydew .Green .Tea flavored one... &.I've seriously been craving one all day. &.Then .I find out my sister was going to .Panera!! Yay! So .I gave her my giftcard &asked her to get me a large one.... I talked to her 15 minutes ago... Reminded her, begged her to please please please not forget because .I really wanted one..

&.She just called me &told me that she's almost home but she forgot to get it for me.

what? How hard is it to remember to someone something when you're there, you just talked to them 15 minutes ago, &you have their giftcard in your hand?!

I'm sure someone is probably going to get all snappy &tell me .I'm being a spoiled brat, but .I just don't get how she can forget something so blantantly obvious. Especially when she's carrying around my giftcard &talked to me twice while she was there.

Confused

.I can't believe .I cried about this, haha.
I'm geting really sick of being pregnant already.
Sad

Awww, damn hormones.
Is she home yet? Is it possible she's pulling your leg? My hubby does that all the time. He'll call me on his way home from the store and .I'll ask if he got what he was supposed to and he'll be like "no, .I forgot" then when he gets home he flops it on the table. He's just a weiner like that tho.

Aww Sad

you're hormonal. It's okay to get upset over silly things! It's another of those great stories you'll tell after the little man is here Wink

Mmmmmm hot chocolate! I love hot cocoa. Maybe .I will make some. It's pretty cold out (&in my house!) &.I could use some comfort, lol.

Chris is going out in about an hour to get dinner, &.I know he'd go completely out of the way to go to .Panera &get me my dumb .I.C. Honeydew .Green .Tea (seeing as he already offered) but .I'd feel too bad asking him to dot hat. Especially when it's so out of the way. I'm so silly. Laughing

Pregnancy cravings are cruel in the way that, whatever you're craving, nothing else will do.

I remember telling my husband that I wanted orange slices. I took a shower and when I came out, he had surprised me with a sliced orange because he wanted to be sweet.

I don't eat my oranges that way.

I have to have the orange peeled first, then separated. And then I have to pick off all of those little chunks of white flesh left from the skin before I can eat the wedges. It seriously takes me about 10 minutes to prepare my orange before .I'll put it in my mouth.

So of course I cried and threw a fit. He ended up eating the orange himself because I wouldn't touch it, and it was our last one. I was in such a foul mood the rest of the night. Sad

Awwwwwwwwwwh .Laura! I know it! It's so frustrating. I get so mad at myself when .I throw a fit about something so stupid. But .I can't help it. I feel bad for .Chris 'cause he has to put up with my pickyness even when .I'm *not* pregnant. But he's so great. Only complains sometimes.. Lol.

Ha! Glad to know I am not alone. My husband knows when I have a craving...It is strong - if I don't get my craving satified I become impossible. This week, he has gone out of his way to pick me up from work and take me to mcdonalds to get a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit (very early lunch) and then today he picked me up for lunch because I really needed a taco salad! My last pregancy we would get in fights if he would forget something that I was craving. He learned quickly, poor guy! I, too, am very picky normally. I am horrible now!

Man, the .Chick .Fil .A at our mall used to offer melted cheese sauce to dip your fries in or whatever, &one day, boyyyy did .I have a major craving for .Chick .Fil .A with a bunch of cheese sauce. So we went, ordered, &then after paying &getting our food, the girl tells me they don't offer cheese sauce... Even though when .I ordered it, she didn't tell me they didn't. I went nuts. I was raging so bad. People probably thought .I was crazy. I've never acted like that in public, before. I demanded our money back &.I told her she was a horrible cashier &that maybe next time someone orders something they don't have, she should *beep*ing tell them.

Embarassed

.I felt sooooo bad afterwards. But .I was so plssed that she hadn't said anything before, &that .I couldn't have my cheese sauce. I haven't been back since. I don't like it without my cheese sauce. *sobs*

Alright, if I wasn't pregnant I would still be mad in that situation. . I don't know if you have seen boiling points on mtv (i think it's on mtv)? Let's just say I would boil over in about two minutes if I went through any of the situations those people go through. Perhaps the cashier had a hang over or had a slower cognitive processing speed?? Dunno. Of course, I wouldn't have thought about that - all I would want is my dang cheese and some common sense for that girl to go along with it!!!! I would have gone off like you and would have felt guilty later. Perhaps that cashier will be cognizant of doing something like that in the future. Think of it this way, you may have helped her career. Maybe now she will be a lot better and won't make people as mad:)! You helped someone, arcadia.

As for your rage...Means you got some pretty healthy hormones there! You must have one pretty healthy baby!!!!

I can't imagine us ordering together. The same thing happened to me during my last pregnancy at taco bell. I always had to eat my bean burrito and tostada (can't spell) with a side of nacho cheese for dipping. I ragged one time when they didn't have it. I tried so hard to be nice but the raggin' was so bad. I asked them, "how can you run out of cheese? Whoever does the ordering sucks and doesn't know how to take the correct inventory!!!!" .... Something like that. I was horrible! Luckily I looked pregnant so I am hoping they just thought it was hormones. I actually drove to another taco bell 20 minutes away just to get my dang cheese!! I was only thinking aof that lovely cheese. I didn't have guilt immediately. The guilt occurred after I was satisfied. Now that's sad. I sound like such a b****!

I felt embarrassed when I went there three days later - serious cravings for taco bell. I basically was very nice to them after that and they never ran out of cheese again when I was pregnant (probably had nothing to do with me).

I am so glad to know that I am not alone in my food craves/rages!! I want to know why I am craving the same foods this time around as I did the last time? Why mexican food?? At least it's cheap!!!

I just had my baby on nov 28, but I am still hormonal. My sons umbilical cord stump fell off the other day so I saved it on my desk for his baby book (i know it's gross, but i've done it with all of my kids, so I figured why stop now?). Well, last night I couldn't find the stump, so I asked my husband if he knew where it was at, of course he didn't, but he said to ask our 2 1/2 year old if he had moved it. Sure enough he did. I asked him if he had seen it, and he says very calmly "i flushed it." I asked why, and he said "it was shucky" (meaning yucky). I couldn't help crying for hours! I guess if a 2 yr old thinks something is gross it probably is!

Hopefully your hormones don't play tricks on you after your sons birth too!
I was fine after my other kids were born, but this time i'm a complete nut case.
Good luck with the remainder of your pregnancy.
