I'm 5 weeks and 4 days. I don't really feel pregnant and i'm not really having any symptoms. Except i'm extremely exhausted. For the last like 4 nights i've been wanting to go to bed at like 930pm but I keep my self up until 11, fall asleep right away then I wake up around this time everynight (3 am) and i'm friggen starving so I get something to eat, fall back asleep and then wake up at 630 every morning and I can't sleep after that! It's so annoying! I'm so tiirreeeddd!! Is sleeplessness normal in early pregnancy?

Hey I am 6weeks 3days preggo!! I get really tired too so I wouildnt worry about it!! With both my other children I didnt get any actual symptoms, like nausea etc, untill about 7weeks so you might have a couple of weeks before that all starts!! Or you might be one of the llucky ones and get away with nothing!!

I think sleeplessness is normal too. I know being tired is. I felt bone tired the whole time I was pregnant, I never got that second wind in the second trimester that all the books talk about... I'd go home, pass out, sleep 10 or 11 hours and wake up still tired... That's one part of pregnancy that I don't miss.

Same here, .Kay!! I'm always so exhausted- have been since day 1 of this pregnancy. I get really good night's sleep (most of the time) but .I wake up, &20 minutes later .I'm ready for bed again! I can't seem to get enough sleep. It's so frustrating. My 2nd trimester is just about over, &even though .I felt better (no more morning sickness, etc), .I never got all energetic &stuff. If anything, .I've been more tired!

Fatigue is definitely normal, &so is sleeplessness.

Completely normal. Sleeplessness is normal early in pregnancy and all through pregnancy. I just look upon it as preparation for those sleepless nights with a new baby!

Congrats.
