Arm & Leg Bites...like a pimple Posted: 12-07-06 12:06pm
I have been getting this bites on my legs
and arms about 2 twice a week for about a
month. At first the bite looks like a
mosquito bite and then about a day later
it looks like a pimple. I have washed
sheets with hot water, vacuumed and
fumigated my apartment but still got bit.
Can you help?
A pimple is a pus-filled spot on the skin.
Insect bites are not primarily manifested
with pus-filled skin lesions, but only if
they are secondarily infected with some
kind of bacteria. You can apply a balsam,
containing corticosteroids and
antibiotics, on those skin lesions after
consultation with a dermatologist and a
prescription.
