Helo. I am 29 yr old woman. I was
diagnosed last dec w/ ice pick headaches.
I was looking to find out if others find
that they are more frequent when
stressed/tiered/hungrey or any other
things that might trigger them.

I have the same problem. Exept I get
migraines and I also have the sharp pains
in my left temple. I have recently been
getting more and more of them along with
my migrains. I once went 3 days straight
with a blinding migrain so bad that I
couldn't even stand up non the less try to
sleep. I
have noticed that with me it seems to be
more prevident when I am stressed. But I
also have a stair stepped neck, I still
have to go see a chiropractor for.
