i think I ovulated in the night and
morning after having bd, I felt the pains
and everything.
So would that night before not have
worked? Did I miss my chance??
Also has anyone got any advice on
biofem?

It is recommended that you bd 5 days
before ovulation and for 2 days after,
because during those times you can still
be fertile! Also spermies can live up to
five days so... If you o'ed you bd'ed at
a perfect time!! Good luck!!

I really like fertilty friend. I had
also thought of trying the software from
the taking charge of your fertilty site
but picked ff instead. I started one on
pregnancy.Org I think it was and it was
way, way off on ovulation dates.

Klo - I think you got the timing down just
right!! Yay!
I just went through the same thing. I was
away working and I think I ovulated, but
grabbed the hubby as soon as I got home
the next day to bd!!!
I also use fertility friend and it's a
great site to chart your bbt!
If you set one up, post the link so we can
take a look at your daily temps. Here's
to hoping you see a nice rise in your temp
and it stays that way!!!
