I started my periods over 1 year and 4
months ago, however they are still
irregular and it also has clots in it! The
amount of days varys from time to time as
does the amount of blood produced,
recentelly they have been heavier with
more clots in it! since then i have gotten
really tierd and dizzy and i can sometimes
see spots either black or coloured this
occurs mostly when i get dizzy, i have
also begun to get more tired! Is this
normal for girls or do i have something
wrong with me could i have anemia?
Irregular cycles are common for women your
age (15). The menstrual blood has
decreased its coagulation ability so it
doesn’t manifest blood clots but can
contain pieces of endometrium. Heavier
menstruation (hypermenorrhea) or prolonged
menstruation (menorrhagia) can cause
anemia. Tiredness and dizziness could be
symptoms of anemia. You should visit a
gynecologist and perform a complete blood
count to confirm or exclude anemia.

also that you are overweight and you'd
benefit from decreasing your body mass by
about 6 kg, or 13 lbs.
