Urgent! Morning After Question! Posted: 12-11-06 17:21pm
I am on regular birth control. My
boyfriend and I use condoms all the time,
except yesterday. I take my pills at
pretty much the same time every day, or at
least within 30 min. Yesterday was the
last day of active pills.
Anyway, so I am scared to death of
becoming pregnant. Should I take plan b,
just in case? (i already have some just
in case so getting it isn't a problem.)
or, would this mess my system up? I know,
I know, I am probably fine, but I don't
like taking chances. And I mean I really
don't like taking chances.
And if I do take plan b, will I still get
my period within the next few days? I
have a feeling that it would make it later
and mess up my whole next cycle.
Someone please help

You do not need plan b. The only thing it
will do is possibly cause your period to
be wacky and irregular.
Plan b prevents ovulation, your pill
should already be doing a darn good job
already.
