I have a problem with my sex situations.
My girlfriend always gets pissed because I
cannot hold my ejaculation and our sex
times never did last more than 5minutes.
I try to take control of my penis and slow
things up durign sex but no solution.
Another thing I tried is thinking of
something completly different from the
situation I am in at the moment..Still no
result.
Please advise in how to make my
ejaculation last much longer

I got the same
problem...Its pretty tough to live
with...Sometimes your condom choice helps
though. I've found that if I use condoms
advertised as long lasting it adds at
least 20 minutes to my performance. Where
I might last 5 minutes with a regular
condom if im lucky. I've even been known
to last less then a minute before. But
those long lasting condoms work wonders
for me. I lasted longer then my
girlfriend using them one time. It made
me feel like I was on top of the world and
I gained a lot of confidence during sex.
So I strongly recomend trying that. I
think the brand I use is lifestyles.
Could be trojans though. Not sure. Also
the funny thing is after you gain
confidence with them you just last longer
in general. My girlfriend randomly
switched the long lasting one with a
regular one without me knowing just to see
how well i'd do and I did just as well as
I did with the long lasting one. So I
think a lot of it is in your head.
Especially when you are freaked out about
losing your girlfriend because you can't
last long.
Another thing is some positions make me
cum faster then others. Missionary
doesn't last long for me. It has
something to do with where the pressure
is. I last longer either when she is on
top of we are side to side.
And if after trying all that you still
can't seem to last long then I suggest
getting better at other things like oral
sex or fingering. That way you can still
satisfy her sexually even if you don't
last long. There are a lot of websites
with good advice on how to get good at
those.
