Hello,
oy, im new here and pretty much that im
starting counseling today at 3... Do you
think its a good idea to have a therapist
to talk to. I think I have "seasonal"
depression .. Due to lack of memories
that I look back at this time of the
month. I dont know why I do that but its
bothers me but... I dont know if its good
to talk to someome but again... I will
feel sad/mad at myself. It sucks to have
depression, dont'cha think?

Hi pdeen, i've only got two more sessions
to go in my cbt group and I can't say
enough about what it is doing for me. I'm
still not completely off my meds but I
will be in another week and my group
leader says I am doing great and I feel
great. The two books we are using in my
group are really good and I would
recommend them both highly: been there,
done that? Do this! By sam obitz for
anxiety and mastery of your anxiety and
panic-third edition by michelle craske and
david barlow for panic disorder. You
gotta give cbt a try

hi sweetcheeki17-
good for you seeking help I had trust issues
for a long time too. Cbt was the answer
for me so I hope you can find a therapist
that specializes in cbt. It is great
stuff if you use the tools you learn in
it. Good luck :d
