what my 4th and 5th hour are like. Think
it comes back up?

It probably starts to come back up, but by
then the damage has already been done and
it may be a few hours until you feel
normal again. Looking at that, you may
be able to get away eating every 2 1/2 or
3 hours, taking a small snack-type meal 20
minutes before that drop.

When you say feel normal again, you mean
when my sugar level comes back up I should
feel fine right? I dont think there has
really been a time where I was like 100%.
Do you know why when I eat or drink
something I get like a rush to my head. A
feeling like I have no energy in my brain
and when I eat or drink it goes right up
there. I think I asked if anyone has had
it before and one person did. I take it
as my brain is practically empty on sugar
and with it being empty you will feel it
go up to your head. I dont know. Just
wondering
