I like heidi because I dont think it's too
common right now. I've always loved
claire.

I love jamie for a boy or a girl. It was
on my sort-of-short list for girl names.

My daughters name is .Kaylee so of course
.I'm going to say .I like that one lol. I
also like .Leah & .Ava though. Some
that I was thinking of when I was pregnant
were .Braylyn and/or .Braylee .. Not sure
what you think of them but there are a
couple more ideas anyway!

Thanks girls!! Right now i'm just having
a super hard time deciding... Like i'll
love one name, then completely change my
mind. At the moment i'm liking .Molly,
because I could picture a cute little girl
lol... But I can't picture someone older
named that. This baby name business is so
hard!! Kudos to every pregnant woman who
can decide on a name and stick with it!!

Everyone and their mother name their baby
ava. If you name her ava I bet she will
have like 5 other ava's in her
classes...How annoying!

I agree on the ava bit. It's one of the
hot names right now. Kaylee is pretty
hot, too. Unless you're okay with your
daughter being one of many little avas or
kaylees her age, i'd go with something
else.
I also like heidi (that's my name!) and
leah. Raina's okay, too. I knew a
little raina, and boy, was she a
spitfire!
As far as compromise, you could agree to
use one as a middle name. Joy sounds
great with almost anything:
leah joy
heidi joy
raina joy
hannah joy
or
hannah claire
leah claire
stay away from alliteration like jamie
joy...It sounds cartoon-y.

Definite big fat vote for .Molly!!!!! I
think it's a beautiful name, very sweet
and feminine.

I love the name claire! I want to name my
child that so bad (if it's a girl!). I
can't because my grandfather allegedly ran
off from my grandmother with a girl named
claire. Both are deceased but my mom
would kill me if I did, dang it. The rest
of the names you mentioned are great! You
have good taste for names:). I really
like the name leah. I don't think that is
too popular right now, which in my opinion
is a plus!

I like hannah, molly, joy and heidi.
Claire is nice, but I used to know this
absolute bore of a girl called claire.
She was ugly too, my mother used to always
forget her name and refer to her as "that
poor unfortunate girl that looks like a
horse" so that name is totally wrecked for
me!!!
Molly would be my first pick.
We could'nt use it, 'cos my husbands
parents had a dog called molly.
