I am almost 7 months pregnant and when I go on a walk or even walk at the mall I get lower back pain and lots of pressure in my lower stomach. It feels like the baby is trying to push through my stomach. I don't know if it is false contractions or just cramping. Does anyone know what it is? And also what should I do?

It just might be the baby kicking you and moving! Back pains might be from being up too much but I strongly suggest seeing your doctor. If you get other symptoms like blurry vision or swelling of the feet then see a doctor quick. Good luck on your baby!

Most likely the pain you are feeling in your lower stomach when walking are just the pains from your uterus and adominal muscles stretching to accommadate a growing baby. I am 6 months pregnant with a very big baby and my utererus is very sore just from stretching so fast and I also get those sharp pains when walking the mall. The best thing to do is sit and take frequent breaks. Good luck on your lil one!

Same Symptoms
I am 28 wks pregnant and I work at a nursing home. I have been feeling a lot of pressure as well and some abdominal pain. Today I got so scared I went to the hospital and everything seemed okay. If your still worried then for piece of mind see the doctor. I feel crampy sometimes and maybe it is just our body getting bigger...Again. Lol take care okay..
