Ok, I duno bout u girls but since im
gettin bigger its uncomfy tryin to find
sleepin positions... Well I found one
that u get good circulation and its comfy
and good for the digestive track hahaha...
Well keep your elbows bent puttin your
arms above your head...Either under or
above the pillow, then laying flat on your
back leave one leg almost straight and
bring the other foot to your knee so your
legs are like a "p". Its comfy and
circulation is good.
I get cramps in my legs a lot when im
sleeping and this helps a super lot.
I did it the last two nights and i've
been in a good mood during the day, and
lately...Thats hard to come by!!! :p
love mol

Your really not supposed to sleep on your
back much hun.
And this is why:
there is a main artery running down your
back its called the ( inferior vena cava)
which is the vein responsible for
returning blood from the lower part of
your body to your heart, and the pressure
from laying on your back can slow the
blood flow down and cause the baby to get
less oxygen, cause hypotension or low
blood pressure. It's okay if you wake up
on your back, I used to do that alot.
Just when you are awake, try to sleep on
your left side with a pillow between your
legs. That is the best position for both
you and the baby. It allows maximum blood
flow and nutrients to the placenta but
also enhances efficient kidney function
which in turn helps out with swelling in
your feet, hands, and ankles. But please
do not worry if you wake up this way..No
harm done. Just switch positions when you
find yourself doing that.

When I was pregnant with my girls I found
the most comfy position was on my side,
you get a v shaped pillow and cuddle the
top half and put the bottom half through
your legs, your top leg should then drape
over the top of the pillow back on to the
bed, this helps maintain circulation and
also levels out the legs whilst supporting
your belly.

sleeper usually!! I love how all you

everything..Good stuf!!
