I've started using a product called
serenity for depression and anxiety .
It's main ingredient is lithium ororate (
120 mg. ) . I was told that even though
it is advertised with no side effects that
it could actually have negative affects of
some kind or other . Has any research
been done to show this to be true ?
Please reply as soon as possible . Thank
you .

I, too have recently purchased serenity
for my husband who is bi-polar. Has it
worked for you? Have you noticed a change
or side effects? Please respond.

It is actually such a small dose that I
would be surprised if you noticed any
improvement at all. I am a member of the
healthcare community..With that being
said, it is still lithium, it interacts
with other drugs and medicines. It may be
wiser to see a professional doc and get
ral pharmaceutical lithium. It is very
inexpensive if you get generic. I have
seen generic lithium as low as 20 dollars
a bottle.

I speak from experience, lithium is not
good for your body at all. I was on it
for 2 yrs when I was younger and I had
some horrible experiences. I was always
dehydrated and when I did anything
physical at all, even normal things like
walking in the sun, I got extremely ill
and have passed out on several occasions.
There are lots of other drugs now that
don't have the bad side effects lithium
does. I am bi polar and personally I
don't take any meds at all because I have
had more problems with them then good. I
smoke pot and that seems to help.
