I have mild adult acne and I've developed bacne in the last 3 years. Nothing has worked. I use prescriptive medication such as Retna A, Clindoxygel and a topical antibiotic. I've tried to wash with ance body wash and exfoliating. Nothing's working and I'm developing scar marks. My shoulders are horrible...I'm embarassed to wear tank tops or dresses that show my shoulders. Any tips?

Because you are a female you might try oral contraceptives to treat acne. To explain: male hormones (testosterone) can be a significant factor in the development of acne. Oral contraceptives (birth control pills) contain female hormones (estrogen) that block these male hormones that can be present in females, too. You must first consult a dermatologist before starting to use birth control pills for treating acne.
