Is Tylenol 3 safe during pregnancy?

well i am a naval hospital corpsman and am currently station in japan. i fully trust my midwife that is seein me for my current pregnancy but i am a little concerned with a prescription that i am taking and just wanted another opinion. now i know the only thing that is really safe for a woman during pregnancy is tylenol but i am currently taking t3 for teeth problems. i just wanted to make sure that it was ok. thanky ou very much for you time.

Tylenol is a combination of 2 painkillers: acetaminophen (paracetamol) and codeine. Both are safe to use during pregnancy. Neither acetaminophen nor codeine is known to cause any damage to the fetus.
