Same thing happened to me but you have to
tell us first if it ever hurt until now?
Also does it hurt internally or outside
and around the area?

Sex often hurts for me, even fingering
when I haven't had stimulation for a
while, so you may just need to keep trying
and see if that loosens it up. But the
fact that you can't insert a tampon is
concerning. Like kgirl said- has it
always been this way or do you think you
have a medical problem? The problem could
be in your head... Being stressed out or
tense causes the muscles in your vagina to
tighten. If you don't think this is the
problem, it could be a condition where
your muscles can't loosen up enough.
Either way you should get checked out by a
gyno to make sure nothing is physically
wrong with you.
